Hi Alex,

The September build went out this morning. Three things worth a minute:

Threads open instantly. Message bodies are kept on disk now, so reopening a conversation is a local read instead of a round trip — and the first one of a session is warmed in the background, so it is no longer the slow one.

Mail and calendar share one window. Switch with the rail on the left. An invitation inside a thread shows its RSVP inline and writes straight through to the calendar — no second app, no copy-pasting a date.

Search understands the operators you already use. from:, has:attachment and older_than: all work — and so do the ones we have never heard of: an operator Hark does not recognise is passed through to Gmail untouched.
